PSAA Cup

The PSAA Cup is an inter-grade, inter-sport competition that pits four 'Houses' against each other in friendly competition. Each house is represented by an athlete from the Tri-Region who has made it to the top of their respective sport:

  • Steve Arsenault - World Champion & Paralympic Bronze Medal Winner in Men's Sledge Hockey

  • Stephanie Labbé - NWSL Goalkeeper & Olympic Bronze Medal Winner in Women's Soccer

  • Jennifer Heil - World Champion & Olympic Gold Medal Winner in Women's Freestyle Skiing (Moguls)

  • Ben Scrivens - NHL Goaltender & Olympic Bronze Medal Winner in Men's Hockey

Students will earn points for their house when they exceed expectations, help their peers, show leadership skills and/or demonstrate a variety of other positive behaviours. The pinnacle of competition between houses will be the House Dodgeball League, where teams will take each other on in the sport of dodgeball.

The house with the highest score at the end of the year will win a banner that will hang from the rafters of the PSAA classrooms in perpetuity, and its students will be treated to the Feast of Champions!
